Before engaging with any development house, there are important questions that you need to explore.

Who does the programming?

There has been a growing trend for developers to sub contract coding to offshore workshops.  This often results in loss of project control, missed deadlines and inaccuracies due to language barriers.  Our team of specialists is located in Canada and embraces our philosophy of quality product delivered on schedule.

How can I be sure to receive the source code upon completion?

Once you hold the source code you are free to transfer the project to any service provider for upgrades, changes or further development.  Without it you may be bound to your original supplier – regardless of their speed and quality.  Our policy is simple – we ask that you do not pay the final 20% of your project cost until it is completed to your satisfaction and the source code is transferred to you.

How do I know my project is progressing as planned?

Part of our project planning involves setting time lines and milestones to monitor progress.  You will receive a weekly update report to enable you to track the development every step of the way.  Your team leader will contact you regularly to discuss priorities and accelerate the progress.
